Weekly Musings #5

This week has been quite a positive week in some aspects and a bit of a crap pile in other aspects.

Health:

-1lbs
Total loss: -4lbs

I would have liked it to have been more, especially as I tried hard with my eating choices this week. But a loss is better than a gain no matter how small. Hopefully, if I keep on it with my healthy eating next week will show better results.

Happiness:

So, work has been pretty full on this week and there just seems to be so much negativity around at the moment. The stress and pressure has felt overwhelming this week and part of me just thinks 'why bother?'  But I've been proud that even though I've not felt great I've kept up eating well as this is usually the first thing to slip. I had my second counselling session this last week and I feel like it went well. We talked a lot about me and how I view things and what might be the reason for that.

Let's hope that this next week is a positive one.
