Weekly Musings #4
This has been such a better week. I was really organised with my food and kept (mostly) to plan. I've discovered a salad that doesn't actually feel like a salad and is delicious (woo) and I've tried to feel more positive in myself.
Health:
My eating has been much better and I've been sticking to Slimming World and even being extra careful checking 'syn' values for the things I'm eating that I know aren't free. I feel like this has been the first week that I've actually been on it with Slimming World so I'm really pleased with these results. Let's hope for another good week and I could be losing that first stone before Christmas!
Happiness:
As usual, when I am feeling organised and positive about my health and eating I generally start feeling better mentally because I feel that I am doing something to help myself. One of my biggest hang ups is the way I view myself. I'm very negative about myself and the way I look. I know that really I need to learn to love myself the way I am right now and not think that I'll love myself when I'm thinner or something, but I will hopefully get there one day.
I have been trying to keep organised at home and dong things. I went on a date on Thursday, which went quite well. Was nice to just have a chat with someone new. Whether he feels the same only time will tell!
Fingers crossed for another positive week!
