Weekly Musings #1
A week has passed on this journey, so I thought it would be useful to check in weekly to see how things have gone.
Health:
-1lb
I have started slow with the healthy eating, but have been trying to drink more water. Also, towards the end of the week I signed up to Slimming World Online (didn't quite feel up to a group, but hopefully paying for it will keep me on track).
Happiness:
After last weekend where I felt quite low, this week has been a bit better. I've been trying to do things that make me better but I've not been sleeping very well and when I'm tired I just struggle to deal with life!
