The Goal

One thing that I know that helps me when I am trying to stick to something and change my thinking is to have a goal. I say this, but I also think it is important to realise that this goal needs to be achievable and flexible. It is merely a signpost, not the be all and end all!

So, my end goal:

  • Lose 4-5 stone
  • Recognise and understand my feelings
  • Have a better relationship with food
  • Exercise regularly
  • Love myself for who I am
