5 Things You Can Control & 5 Things You Can't

Control, or lack there of, can often be a trigger point for me and my anxiety/depression. Feeling out of control often leads to over worrying for me which then brings me right back to those feelings of judgement. In times like this I try and remind myself of the things I can control compared to those I can't. If I can't control it then I need to change my attitude towards it but if I can control I think then I can change what is happening.

4: The weather (especially when you've done your hair and it rains)
